Your initial appointment is generally free. At this meeting, your financial planner will explain the services available, what you can expect, and the payment options available should you decide to proceed.
 

Any charges will be agreed with you before you become a client or any work begins. The specific fees, commissions and other remuneration will be disclosed in a Statement of Advice, and the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) of any recommended financial product will detail the fees payable to that provider.
